For many years I was looking for the "perfect company" I could work for. Working for mostly big international corporations for the past fifteen years, I can surely define the do's and don'ts that motivate me in my daily duties.At Freeport Metrics I found not only an energetic, creative and positive bunch of people that create a Good Team, but also a company that treats you like a human being - not just a number in a human resources file of employees.I feel – or actually - I know - that the choice I made to join FM was the best one and I have now found my place for the rest of my professional life!

I joined Freeport Metrics because I was captivated by a refined work culture, clear career paths and a great atmosphere in the team. It's good to work with a company that has tangible, relatable values and cares for the well-being of its employees. Since then, I have been exploring new challenges associated with being a people manager and a hiring manager in addition to my regular duites. One of the best things here is that the work is feedback-based, with regular check-ins and assessments. My opinions and suggestions are listened to and I feel that I'm able to influence the shape of things. I'm looking forward to growing with the company, while enjoying fantastic integration events!
